i'm dealing problem trying use windows authentication iis 7 in windows server 2008. i'm using wcf. i have client application , server application. server application manage user accounts using active directory. starts when client sends user , password server application, hosted in iis(7), , application must use same credentials authenticate user in active directory. also after user logged in application, every request sent database must use windows integrated security. i installed windows authentication in iis 7, , enabled it, (and disabled anonymous authentication), added authentication mode="windows" in server app web.config. i know: - how can know user running server application (in other words, user doing requests database). forgot can't use sql server profiler cause don't have permissions. - if i'm missing something, cause don't want have security problems in application. by way website says topic using iis version. http://ima...

i have 2 windows 2012 servers (win2012 standard file server / shared folder  and win2012 standard + hyper-v) the shared folder have users, admins, system, full control permissions shared + ntfs permissions (i added hyper-v$ computer account) i´ve tried procmon see error in detail, filtered out useless things , aded keyword vhd ctach write attempt.. nothing, no itens captured... but when try create .vhdx file, got error message "failed create virtual hard disk" , " general access denied error 0x80070005 creating .vhdx " error i´m trying create using new disk wizard , typing \\server\sharedfolder destination vhdx file any ideas? i realy knew loopback thing, using hv manager on fileserver itself.
