hi there, i'm new forum .. maybe way of expression not good, hope understandable.   i've sql server 2005 database 90 columns , more or less 185 thousands records. i've run microsoft associations rules on laptop (sony vaio sz3, core 2 duo, 2gb ram). the problems amount of ram seems not enough [it starts swap when it's reading 240th case)   because of this, decided sample data by extracting 10thousands records randomnly ... it lasts 25minutes (more or less) now, it's still much...   does better way exists? what's problem: column or row numbers?   hope guys can me. the problem association rules parameters set on algorithm.   try - first create structure/model , deploy without processing.  process structure verify there isn't problem accessing data.    if works fine, set model parameter minimum_support high - 0.80.  means items occur in 80% of cases counted.  since have dense data issue.   can gradually lower minimum support see how

saludos, espero pueda contar cin su ayuda. cuento la historia completa: se quiere colocar un web server en la empresa donde trabajo, asi que se compro un server ibm de segunda tipo torre, el cual tiene instalado (recientemente) el windows server 2003, enterprise edition. se puede ver que falta instalar el driver de 2 unidads de hw, pero debe ser por el tape backup que no vamos usar (corri el sw aida32 ver, pero como saber que dispositivo es?). al instalar el iis, me pedía el cd asi que compre el w2003 server con service pack 2. instalé el iis, y procedí primero alojar una web muy simple de ejemplo y correrla en la misma pc (servidor), pero al correr me sale: service unavailable. probé con estas 2 direcciones: http://localhost http://www.dominio1.com/index.html se que pueden pensar que hice mal el proceso, o que es lo que pudiera haber hecho. decir verdad corrí exactamente lo desarrollado en un video que encontré en internet que esta excelente. hice exactamentye lo mismo v

hi i installed win server 2016 , add role of hyper-v , installed 2 vms. per requirement configure 2 external v switch , add both 2 switch on both servers, both vm have 2 ethernet connection. give vm static ip, gateway , dns per actual loop in physical machine. when try ping vm physical machine shows "destination host unreachable" , when try ping form physical virtual shows "request timed out". i cross check both machines firewall off , ip same per physical machine , network  but still same issue. enable vlan identification , gave same number still same issue. again change external switch internal issue did not resolve. currently virtual switch on external per below pic. kindly suggest solution this. thanks  kashan please show output from ipconfig /all from both vm , host.  not knowing exact ip settings hampers our ability assist.  please post text easier read screen capture.  not need portion of output related tunnel adapters. other qu

we have 2008 r2 ts server (remote desktop session host). user profiles, documents, etc. redirected network path. network path located on the same server. when user tries access e.g. 'my documents' on terminal server, emty, though it's not. i have 3 pcs running win7. each of them are setup , being backed windows server 2012 essentials. on 1 of pcs have dual boot scenario win8. trying windows 8 boot connected server can become primary boot on pc.  after downloading connect software server,  software cannot find server.  cant find name or ip.  on same win8 boot, can ping, remote desktop etc server. anyone have clue on why cant win 8 connected windows server 2012 essentials.  running windows 8 pro. i figured out had shot myself in foot.  changed ports http , https on default web site web server. once changed back, worked fine. i changed them because of fios blocking port 80 , 443. hi all, i facing problem our wsus server not sure how handle that. so here case:  have lot of win10 pro clients connected our wsus server. since have lot of german , english speaking colleagues, want use improved possibility switch languages language packs in win10 pro. did activated language packs in wsus products classifications , declined language packs except german , english. working fine, clients can download language packages if needed. but problem have is, example win10 client german os listed in wsus server 1 needed update. when check report showing me updated "german language pack - windows 10 version 1511 x64 kb 3109596". sure on english os show me english language pack missing (haven't testet yet". so far i've read lot of threats , advice decline language packs not show needed update. of course not want because want them downloaded on wsus server. how can manage correctly? don't seem able install german language pack on german os,

hi everyone, i new windows web application proxy , adfs environment. would setup wap cluster running on server 2012 r2. have adfs clustered , 1 of wap servers has published site. other server is joined , sees published configuration. fail on other wap server page goes down. wap servers still show site online. there no errors in event logs. wap environment setup: - 2 virtual servers running 2012 r2. - each server has wap installed , connected adfs cluster. - published site via server 1. server 2 sees published site in ramc.  - each server has failover clustering installed. - each server joined wap cluster. i have not installed nlb starting wonder if should installed. testing theory next. gothca want make sure 1 server responding requests, other idle waiting hot spare. thank in advance. update: i have setup nlb. no sites load now. reverting failover clustering. hello guys , gals, the problem our active directory not replicate or efficiently across whole network. crash , take quite while stick bandaid on fixed. there 40 servers in whole company, each server gc server. including mainadserver , backupadserver. , each server located in different location, exception of mainadserver , backupadserver. our network breaks down this: the mainadserver , backupadserver in own site. these 2 replicate super fast , never have problem them. of other servers in own site (is how should setup??). , there site link's go mainadserver each individual server. set hub , spoke connection.   these questions: a) each server supposed in own site? b) if not, how should organized? should of servers in 1 singular site? c) should there site links or should site link bridges?  d) reorganizing servers 1 global site, replication? e) if need reorganize of servers, how go it? can point me white papers or sites describing process?   looking forward

i don't understand default group members , permissions. tested ad creating dummy group (dummygrp)and account(dummy1) experiment gpos. don't know why it's not allowing me add "nt authentication" (the security principal) or “users” group via “members”/ “member of” tab in dummygrp. allow me add “domain users” builtin group. system added builtin “users” group default builtin “domain users” group. “users” group has absolutely no members within - totally empty. this i'm lost. don't understand why it's prudent add groups others, scheme /rationale behind proper group inclusion. according experts, adding wrong group(s) object can ruin network's resources. in case, i'm trying organize small company 7 departments. ideally want each department in respective group delegate permissions/gpos. groups must add in order work normally? i want implement features gpo security filtering. documentation on ms website defines security principals, descript

hi, i have problem processing cube. fact table (with telephone data) contains 400,000 records... increasing rapidly (400,000 records 8 months of data)... i have few dimensions: dimension user: 200 records dimension line: 200 records dimension direction: 4 records dimension date: 365 records each year dimension timeinterval: 24 intervals so far good... when process dimension have no problem.... however, when add dimension (callednumber, 101 records) processing hangs starts... the sql performed when processing cube looks this: [code] select field1, field2,... fieldn from table1, table2,.... tablem where (table1.id=table2.table1id) and (table2.id=table3.table2id) ...
