hello, i have created ssis job doing full cube processing everyday.  from last 2 days after job running analysis services going down, job running without error. , check cube data upto date after process. have no idea why services going down. if of dimension table has 1 wrong record affect this. wondering job successful cube process.  please me if miss other steps analyze issue. i observed 1 thing when manual full cube process on morning hours ssas right clicking on cube, on day night automatic job making services down. not sure weather effects or not. doing full processing of cube process dependencies using settings   hi bv_sql, since service stopped without human actions, can check system event logs during period cause. believe windows should record exception. in addition, little confused whether process associated service stopping. please disable process 1 night check whether analysis services status. thanks, jerry

a company business has service trying contact on internet. have requested set ttl dns , ips on specific port 0. im having hard time understanding asking for. thought dns ttl set registrar. , can have ttl on ip address? doesnt make sense tome. asking screen shots of nslookups of 3 ips on port 1443 , want see ttl set 0. how on sbs2011/server2008r2? obvously want on 3 ips , dns name, dont want set whole dns infrastructre ttl of 0. ttls dns records. , records have nothing ports. don't know they're asking. the ttl determines how long dns server cache record (put dns console in advanced view, @ cache folder has been queried , can see time counting down refreshing window), , how long querying client cache in local client side resolver cache (as seen running ipconfig /displaydns), until has re-query record. tcp 1433 sql. want open (port translate) sql internet? not idea. maybe if can describe project , expected end result, can provide specific comments , assistance.

hello, we added server2012 dc our existing 2 server2003 dcs in single domain environment.  active directory replication , dns test fine repadmin , dcdiag.  when shut down 2003 dcs , reboot 2012 dc test, event id 4015, , dns management console empty. this may design since dc tries initialize active directory can't find partner dns/dcs before dns starts.  however, after 20 minutes 2012 dc not initialize ad , dns starts no zones replicated. by constrast when our 2 2003 dcs booted first dcs in domain see ad initialization , dns sync after minute or 2 , dns management console populated. any ideas why single dc boot test work in domain on server 2003 not server 2012? event id:      4015 description: dns server has encountered critical error active directory. check active directory functioning properly. extended error debug information (which may empty) "". event data contains error. hi, please check similar thread: dns event id: 4015, 4513 , 4514 http:

hi, here system background information: vmware esx 5.5 hosts shared iscsi luns on hp storevirtual p4000 san, presented esx hosts , guest vms raw device mappings 2 node sql 2014 failover cluster on windows server 2012 (non-r2) began system build presenting 2 brand new luns 2012 guests, we'll call them vol_q (quorum/disk witness) , vol_s (for sql db files).  we installed sql on both nodes (i'll refer them node01 , node02 here) , tested failover of core resources new sql server resource, , testing proved successful in storage volumes , sql server failed on node01 node02 successfully. our next step migrate old volumes our existing sql cluster new cluster, bring volumes in , add them new sql server resource, , test failover node01 node02.  this problem began; after adding first pre-existing volume (vol_p) new 2012 cluster successfully, failover attempted, , vol_q (the quorum/disk witness) volume come online successfully.  both of other volumes, vol_p, , volume came
