task scheduler problem

two questions task scheduler:

i want run command in cmd "psexec.exe @ips.txt tasklist /v /fo list > search.log"

in setting have set in "program/script"? cmd or psexec?

i have aggregate arguments?

 

the other question is:

can indicate run task after task finished?
