i recommend against posting such code on internet looks contain legally protected information.  it may violate hippa since looks lab type situation patients involved.  while patient data isn't being directly exposed imagine giving out privately held table names relations of tables in big trouble people.  

that being said hard other employee of business determine if business rules have changed if results same after testing assume have not.  assumptions dangerous suggest extensive testing or more direct question related change made.  

note:  after reading code bit more looks proprietary , in sections shows how disable security restrictions.  i highly suggest taking down depending on business situation.
