Server 2016 physical and VM machine not communicating with each other

hi

i installed win server 2016 , add role of hyper-v , installed 2 vms. per requirement configure 2 external v switch , add both 2 switch on both servers, both vm have 2 ethernet connection. give vm static ip, gateway , dns per actual loop in physical machine. when try ping vm physical machine shows "destination host unreachable" , when try ping form physical virtual shows "request timed out".

i cross check both machines firewall off , ip same per physical machine , network  but still same issue. enable vlan identification , gave same number still same issue.

again change external switch internal issue did not resolve.

currently virtual switch on external per below pic.

kindly suggest solution this.

please show output from ipconfig /all from both vm , host.  not knowing exact ip settings hampers our ability assist.  please post text easier read screen capture.  not need portion of output related tunnel adapters.

other questions... mean when "as per actual loop in physical machine"?  physical switches physical nics connected configured vlans?  vlans add level of complexity management not needed.  did specify vlan tag on external virtual switch created?  (i not asking vnics assigned physical host , vm, hyper-v external virtual switch.)
