Local CA server untrusted in Firefox and Google chrome

hi all

we have internal ca server(windows server 2012r2, hash algorithm:sha256)

the certificate work in ie in firefox , google chrome not secure.

how can resolve problem?

my problem resolved add subjectaltname in certificate.

Motherboard replacement
