Applying Permissions on Project Creation

when project created, want in our company able visit sharepoint site created project see status , information on that.

is there way can automatically apply read permissions group when project created instead of having go in , change after each project created?

there isn't way automatically.  however, may able write simple pcw plugin runs after wss tasks complete , sets security settings (if wss supports sort of thing thru web service api, think i'm not 100% certain)...
