Software Restriction Policy GPO - user notification

in effort simplify our user's desktop experience testing gpo prevent applications running @ startup.  seems jusched.exe likes endlessly insert registry , contiunally asks users update latest version of java, user realize cannot since not have admin rights install.  have created sccm package of latest version of java update handled it, , don't need our users bugged popups , notifications have them call hotline.

unfortunately gpo prevent these applications gives users pop-up notification states "this operation has been cancelled due restrictions in effect on computer. please contact system administrator."  basically, worse supposedly resolving.  want silently block programs running , prevent notifications users it.  ideas?

as number of people have suggested, beleive need focus on application packaging aspect , not desktop policies running apps.

adobe produces great customisation tool create deployable adobe options such auto updates disabled etc. java mentioned above can packaged/prepared turn off auto updates. spending time learning basic application packaging these core helps towards aim of simplifying desktop , being able manage applications deployed on desktop
