hello jo bime,
as far know, can take advantage of storage reports management in file server resource manager generate report based on demand monitor specific directory or disk usage on file server. however, file server resource manager included within windows server 2003 r2 abd later operation system.
the html view report may indicates file name, directory, size , owner of on c: drive.
general steps:
1. install file server resource manager function.
2. open fsrm console.
3. right-click on storage report management , select "generate reports now"
4. may select volumes or folders report on, in case, can select c: drive
5. click ok generate report
