The "Check Your PC" section of the "Get Windows 10" app does not report status of motherboard or video hardware

i ran "check pc" function of  "get windows 10" app.   app generated report saying "this pc meets system requirements,  memory: meets requirements, data , files: ready, processor:  1 ghz or faster, touch screen: not required."   question:  why there no statement reporting status of motherboard or video hardware?   example, graphics device support the required drivers , processor (cpu) support of required extensions?  please make report comprehensive.

my question has story, sad saga, real tearjerker.   story starts previous pc, entry level box worked fine under xp.   release of windows 7, downloaded windows 7 upgrade advisor stated pc compatible windows 7.   purchased windows 7 microsoft.   after installation of windows 7, there problems day 1 resulting in system dumps.   after first round of patches microsoft, problems increased in rate making box unusable.   did quick research , found motherboard not supported windows 7.   not amused abject failure of microsoft's windows 7 upgrade advisor.   money wasted on upgrading windows 7 have been spent on new pc.   wish assured "get windows 10" app not have weaknesses of windows 7 upgrade advisor.
