ADFS and iisstart.htm

in security audit of dmz adfs proxys's came iisstart in default documents , makes server appear new build , vulnerable.  we deleted issstart.htm how should secure or should replace with?  would blank htm work?

page not required adfs work. can remove or replace no problems.
