ARP Storm when creating NLB on Hyper-v guest's in a failover cluster

hi everyone.

for sometime have been trying create load balance solution 1 of our website applications housed on 3 server 2008 r2 hyper-v guests, these guests part of hyper-v failover cluster.  when create nlb seems go great, create nlb, can see working , around 24 hours after creation our network turns crap , appears have arp storm cripples our network, performance returns once kill nlb.

we have looked @ ways of adding arp entries our physical switches believe hyper-v switch may cause of our core servers go through same hyper-v switch.  is there way of adding static arp entries in hyper-v switches?

thanks
