locked out of email

i tried password many times , got locked out of email. problem account through school eastern washington university, , had reset password through them. still locked out , cannot read school email. there way have account unlocked not?

you'd need in contact admins after user account unfortunately. assuming it's normal ad account, if account locked either need them unlock or wait lock timeout, timeout period (if there one) set them, can't suggest how long might or if exists.
