Sorting on calculated group column

running ssrs in vs2012 on windows 7.

i have created standard matrix report. row labels/groups "department" , "employee". column group transaction month. there many columns there distinct months of data. each column contains calculated amount (expression).  able sort on recent column (i.e. right-most column).  have been unable find way determine (in code) recent column.  there way this?

please try in parent row group i.e department in case.

please provide me sample data script , screen shot , data set result , expected result.
