Windows 7 UAC Settings problem?

hi,

we have windows 7 uac on, standard users have problems desktop icons, cannot change shortcuts working directory or delete shortcut without message access denied, error message says group policy preventing it.

please restore uac group policy setting default check result.

Motherboard replacement
