How to make redundant Domain Controller on Server 2008

i know, if having domain cotroller running on server 2008 enterprise sp2 , installed 1 more addtional domain controller.
in case if main dc go down, users able login domain without problem, if no. how make adc primary in case of disaster main dc.

yes, if 1 of dc down , other dcs take charge client's request .
but please keep in mind when client login ,they located dc computer via dns record ,this mean have keep the ad integrate dns service stated , running correctly in domain network. , address of ad integrate dns servers must listed in dns query server list of client side.
usually, ad integrate dns service running dc on same physical server, please make sure dc servers can replicate each other correctly.
and have mentioned how make adc primary . if 1 dc hold fsmo roles occurred disaster can’t repaired, need transfer or seize these roles other dc running correctly.
