Why is my Package just stopping when going from one Execute SQL Task to another Execute SQL Task

i have 1 flow constraint going 1 execute sql task execute sql task. it's executing #1 , , stops there rather continuing on execute sql task #2. why stop? constraint not conditional...just straight ole flow constraint.

any appreciated , in advance help.
