dns blocked?

i have servers on dmz , while can ping external ip , not able resolve ip names

i can ping public ips

but cannot ping public names

i changed dns server of opendns;s

208.67.220.220 , 208.67.222.222

and still wont resolve

any idea?

is dns blocked firewall?

so if working before has changed. i'd in touch isp if provide dns. if think firewall can try turning off or in touch network security group.
