File access after an ADMT migration

hi,

i'm testing migration options, keep hitting wall when migrated user wants access old domain folders. old domain has global security groups access , unless manually add migrated user, there no access. need find scalable way of migrating users without manually adding thousands of security access controls.

oh, file server staying in old domain cant migrate them @ same time.

any ideas?

thanks suggestions. after bit of searching , testing managed solve issue. have run following command:

netdom trust sourcedomain.local /domain:lab.local /enablesidhistory:yes

then using admt have migrate users groups , sid history, after ad replication [because of netdom command] access given.

note had run similar netdom command /quarantine:no option and  received  the confirmation sid's being accepted.
