Networking with Hyper V

hello, hoping can me. have spent hours searching net answer dilemma, no avail. here dilemma.... have 1 server computer running windows server 2012 standard...i have created 1 virtual machine running server 2012 standard) using hyper v....i created external virtual switch using virtual switch manager (the virtual switch configured use broadcom netxtreme gigabit ethernet). vm working fine... able browse internet without problem. need do...

i need set virtual machine can accessed outside source using remote desktop. in many hours of research have done, have learned need assign routable ip address virtual machine (right has internal ip 192.168.x.x)... , read bridging adapters... ethernet , virtual switch... tried error .. "unexpected error while configuring bridge" ...neither of adapters set ics...but think error caused fact 1 adapter trying bridge adapter internet connection connected to. here questions:

1. how assign routable ip address vm (and gateway , dns use).

2. how make vm reachable outside source via remote desktop (i going offering vm rent vps's renters need able access them through remote desktop)

i newbie stuff of vm , such (as can tell, lol), , appreciate in matter. thank you.

sounds more networking problem hyper-v problem. how host machine connect internet? have routable ip? routable ip in vm won't unless connects public network.
