Errors Setting Up Event Forwarding
i attempting setup an event subscription on windows 7 workstation windows 2008 sp1 server , receiving following error message:
i have run winrm quickconfig command on server , completed successfully. verify, ran command winrm enumerate winrm/config/listener verify listening , received following:
additionally, in order ensure workstation can communicate server on port 80, opened telnet session port on server , received http/1.1 400 bad request error. assume verifies of firewall setting between workstation , server correct.
in doing poking around in subscription properties dialog on win 7 workstation, noticed on advanced subscription settings box default http port 5985. changed 80 no change in behavior.
is there i've missed or way troubleshoot problem?
