Office Apps stop working not valid win32 application on Server 2008 Enterprise?

we seeing same problem running ts farm 3 server 2008 enterprise boxes. 1 in particular has issue more frequently, have seen outlook, access , powerpoint. suddenly, office app stop working giving   "is not valid win32 application" error when trying start it. a reboot resolves issue, 20 + people using server pain have reboot it. have installed 'reliability , compatibility' updates windows server 2008 available in windows updates. appreciated. thanks!

apologies delayed response wanted double check. not known issue , have not been able reproduce same. if provide additional information on setup can helpful nail down.

this not terminal services specific issue on surface need make sure wrong.
