VS/TFS does not see my 'imports' classes

hello,

new on tfs. having following issue: have 1 aspx.vb file  that visual studio not 'seeing' inherited classes (imports) , underlining references blue (non-declared) in aspx.vb file.

ok, have done:

1) connected tfs
2) source explorer found desired project
3) clicked folder see contents (files)
4) right-clicked desired file , choose 'check out edit'
5) asked me map workspace, browsed own pc station on network. fine.
6) double-clicked file edit it. ok.

ok, know file copied @ station can edit file.

until point recognizing without problem imports , saved , check in file, , repeated few times. however, may have done because in 1 of latest times checked file out started underline imports references in blue. classes there in disk, , funny is happening 1 file. other ones doesn't show issue.

different thing can remember happened, trying see .aspx file (not aspx.vb) , when double-clicked vs told em couldn't load master page , should correct in source, clicked link open source , after things became weird file. after checking noticed vs had changed class name of aspx file, renamed correct name , saved , checked them in. every time open aspx.vb file references appear underlined in blue. particular file.

idea of may have happened , how fix it?

ps: have hope editing time issue , when application compiled nothing bad happen. couldn't compile yet because part of huge solution running , cannot stop in middle of work day , kick users out, won't sure in few next hours.

thanks!

hi,

thanks post.

what's version of tfs using? i'm little confused since have checked out solution local machine, seems issue not related tfs.

could please share screenshot here blue underline, can invoke others familiar scenario?

and why couldn't compile solution? since have checked out solution, solution should on own machine, can compile on own machine , won't effect others.
