SAP 7.40 patch level 5 on remoteApp - scrolling on a SAPGUI list flashes background window

during troobleshooting of remoteapp display issues had install these kbs
on client pcs (mainly win7 sp1) updates remote desktop client version 
, enhances anyway whole remoteapp display , connectivity experience.
black frame showing when redimensioning remoteapp window
, couple other anomalies

the environment win 2012 r2 + rds role publishing sap 7.40 patch level 5 app-v app

the anomaly : (witch percists after installing these update)
- scrolling on long list on sap client (sapgui) remoteapp flashes/(displays briefly) 
  any background window whether desktop icons or other program window running
  on client , opened in background
- happens when maximise sapgui's remoteapp window
   (precisely when goes beyond dimension)
- not happen when in full rdp session !!?!!! 

the interesting thing that's making me go away (maybe due bandwidth
problem issue) scrolling on same remoteapp session other program
actually never produces these flashes... ?! 

- scrolling on maximised file dense content 
- scrolling on ie window have opened long blog page tons of pictures , text 
- scrolling on long excel file
- youtube video plays @ remoteapp showing 60 fps runs smoothly without lag

i think has how sap client displayed in remoteapp session...

1/ our servers have latest rds related / recommanded kbs
2/ updating rdc client 7 '8.1 supported' / fixed remoteapp surrounding black frames
, other issues when resizing window (6.2.9200.xyz 6.3.9600.xyz)

3/ sap on note 138869 - sap gui on windows terminal services (wts)
    recommands following :

- sap not plan certify wts servers
- disable animated focus , window shadowing
- if despîte actions, display issue still there, not use sap corbu or design themes
  => use classic theme (wich in case fixed mouse scroll issue !)

disable animated focus 

new-itemproperty'hkcu:\software\sap\general\appearance'-name  'animatedfocus'    -value'0'-propertytypedword-force|out-null

disable shadowing

new-itemproperty'hkcu:\software\sap\general\appearance'-name  'showshadowborder'-value'0'-propertytypedword-force|out-null

for record / community - changes fixed of display quircks when sapgui on remoteapp
not all.

setting classic theme fixed display issues created 'feeling' of regression user experience ....
classic theme set following :

crystal blue theme 0x80 value ...
