ADFS 2.0 with OWA SSO

i'm looking implementing adfs 2.0 owa provide users in org access mailboxes in org b. there's useful article on how at:

but i'm not sure setting adfs part of trust between org , org b. plus, don't know how configure user mailbox mappings, user x in org maps mailbox x in org b.

some pointers on how set appreciated.
