RDWeb cannot connect connect, remote desktop gatewayserver temporarily not available

i trying connect rdweb running applications outside domain. if try run application on rds-server works fine, when try connect outside domain have problem. can connect rdweb, when starting application gives error: computer cannot connect external computer because remote desktop external gatewayserver temporarily not available. try connect again later or ask administrator help. when checking services, gatewayserver online. locally when logged in rds-server works fine.

have forward tcp port 443 internal ip address of server?
did purchase certificate form trusted authority?
this, recommend purchase ssl certificate fqdn trusted public authority

to use rd web access, client computers must running @ least internet explorer 6.0 , version of remote desktop connection (rdc) supports @ least remote desktop protocol (rdp) 6.1.


when want rdweb outside domain, must configure rd cap, rd rap. after creating rd rap, can add user group defined in rd cap. can create rd gateway-managed computer group contain both netbios , fqdn of rdsh server host remoteapp program. refer “checklist: make remoteapp programs available internet” more information.


error regarding gateway server, cannot use .local fqdn outside network because not resolvable outside of lan. please make sure use external fqdn such (rds.domain.org) rd gateway in remoteapp manager , default rd gateway in iis.
