Cannot see custom uploded Task in VSTS

i using tsx-cli upload custom release task (chef, chefknife). uploads not show on vsts.  

--- use command prompt upload tasks (vso-agent-tasks) ---

d:\code\vso-agent-tasks\tasks>tfx build tasks upload --task-path chefknife\
tfs cross platform command line interface v0.3.9
copyright microsoft corporation
task @ d:\code\vso-agent-tasks\tasks\chefknife uploaded successfully!

however when go view build / release tasks on vsts cannot find it

do want upload tasks vs online? if use vso, move vso forum for dedicated support.
