generic text and custom forms

i have pos printer, ct-310.

using ct-310 slow when using remote desktop services in windows 2008 r2 (25 seconds print)

using generic text driver prints way faster (1-2 seconds) format off.

i have created custom form, not listed in paper size.

the custom form 80x3276mm.

 

i not sure why it's not listed @ paper size setting (found printer must able handle paper ??)

else want use printer commands options set paper size in there.

(pls search on bing on "ct 310 printer commands" since unable post links yet) there section of printer commands printer.)

any suggestions ?

the tty.gpd file has definition custom size.  not sure how data equates form size not fall size definition.
