Folders On 2008 R2 Server Showing Up With Only 74.6Mb Free

i had 1 user come me saying couldn't save series of shared folders on particular server. other uses not experiencing problem when accessing same folders. after troubleshooting able determine use has these folders set mapped drives, however, each folder shows having 74.6mb of free space when reality should have on 2gb, quota enabled. mapped various folders multiple servers users profile , found issue occurring on d: drive of particular 2008 r2 file server. unfortunately, have no idea how proceed, ideas?

those appear shares on crosby-fs1, have folder or growth restrictions of kind placed on shares?

i revisit folder properties , @ quota settings, happens if drop mapped folder, , re-map it?  type of storage these shares on?
