you can check if have dump files bsods generated. if yes should under c:\windows\minidumps or should have full dump named memory.dmp under c:\windows.
if have bsods can read dumps using windbg: https://support.microsoft.com/kb/315263?phpsessid=bac29512eb2c6d31cb0392a6104b6b56&wa=wsignin1.0
of course, can still following basic steps:
- install missing windows updates
- install recent driver / firmware / bios updates
- uninstall unused programs
- do clean boot of os
- do memory check using memtest86+. if error detected replace faulty ram
if none can temporary disable security software running on server , try again.
