How to update a printer driver?

i using windows 2003 print server, 200 printers. of these printers hps, , result use universal print driver. on old version of upd, , causes issues in terminal sessions, wanted update driver latest version. problem however, can't update latest version 1 one -- take forever. i'd replace existing driver printers using latest version.

there easy way other 1 one?
