7 Azure Sync Groups Stuck at "Processing" status

hi, 

another round of "processing" stuck has come again, time, 7 sync groups affected. issue appear more 9 month , still waiting ms  find root cause.

is there can in front end in order prevent happened? 7 sync groups across different locations, each of them stable internet connection, across different db server, different subscriptions, frustrated issue each day need check across 150 sync groups our clients see if there's "processing" stuck. :(

hi michael,

for first sync stuck problem, root cause agent in unreachable stage sync cannot complete.

for second sync problem, not stuck, doing conflict resolution time-consuming. please follow http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/azure/hh667328.aspx#initialsync avoid conflict resolving process.
