PowerPivot gallery Stuck on "Capturing Snapshot..." with CTP3

i have powrpivot workign on server in can upload document library , ewa works great.

the powerpivvot galler not display preview did in ctp2. there egg timer "capturing snapshot..."

after while "an error occued while capturing snapshots document"

any clues how troubleshoot ?

vidas, seeing like error on machine (w2008 r2 running dc: egg timer on published workbook , timeout after 5 minutes. egg timer woudl turn red "x". saw "was found in different trust zone" message in gemini.log


a colleague @ msft suggested add the machine name intranet and/or trusted zone on machine using ie. didn't make difference @ first, did same thing logged console using same domain account moss \ sql use.

after did that, saw different behavior - snaphshots got generated published workbook didn't contain slicer. after hard reset of machine, snapshot generation seemed work expected.

one difference between enviornment , yours able hands internal build of hotfix mentioned in thread. recall, hotfix took care of issues around security token generation &  secure store service not working correctly, however...
