Windows Server 2003 user rights, admin but not all!


hi all, want make user ba admin 1 cannot change rights folders(on specific directory).. possible? i'v tried(and of consultant too) never able this, if gave user many rights able change rights on folder, , if cut wasnt able on server.... local settings , gpo thru didnt find way this.

anyone has clue?

think that's impossible, because administrator can take ownership of file/folder @ time, if remove or grant deny permission user.

take ownership of file or folder
