Cannot add to domain a machine in different VLAN where Domain Contoler is

i have machine in 1 vlan (10.1.x.x). machine dc active directory configured , dns service. want join machine domain additional domain controler, de machine in other vlan (10.13.x.x) , when try join domain error "one domain controler not found" o this.
dns service works ok, resolve names , ips. netdiag test ok. have add in active directory sites , services subnet (10.13.x.x) same error.
if try join machine in same vlan there isn't problem.

traffic between 2 vlans open, have scanner ports , of them ok.

configuration necesary? suppose if connect other netcard of dc other vlan work, think there other possibilities.

, other question, have secondary domain controler necesary cluster?

appreciated, i'm not system administrator , i'm confused this. thanks!!

sorry can't read language output in appears have multi-homed dc.  not work dc has have single nic, seems might have three.  disable 1 of nic's , restart on netlogon service dns records register service.  ipconfig /registerdns.
