WDS not deploying identical vhdx image

i've gotten wds deploy vhdx install image, reason image multicasted on not same original. image dynamic disk of size 12.2gb max size of 100gb. after wds deploys image, size of new image on disk 100gb. real issue when boot freshly imaged client, boots start screen pale blue background, clock (with no date, should have date). can attempt login spins forever it's thinking never logs in. 

i shut down system, pulled out drive , plugged host. copied vhdx manually drive. after putting in client system, boot , works fine. have wallpaper @ welcome screen, , date there below clock should be. appears imaging process isn't deploying should.

as 1 more data point, i've tried doing deploying differencing disk same image base. results same, @ time assumed because deployed image differencing disk. deploying differencing disk deploys both child , parent disks image adds bcd entry child image. in scenario, tried deleting child differencing disk , added new bcd entry base image. booted fine. when differencing disk image deployed, parent base image 12.2gb original , differencing disk image 100gb. 

does have ideas what's going on here? i'm using server 2012 r2 deploy vhdx windows 8.1. boot image boot.wim win 8.1 install iso.

before deploy images wds client, recomend remove system sid , other confiruration using sysprep, here shwo information sysprep:
