What is the technique to flip a control

dear all,

what way apply flipping effect control ?

imagine have game card display in front of you, clicking on want card flip , diplay side. each side have own content .

an other example have picture displayed in scatterview items , when taping on picture, flips side , display mailling complete in order tos end pricture

this effect control, can done ?
