How to get name selected column in datagrid.

hello everyone,

                   i'm facing problem while perfomarming scenario on silverlgiht datagrid.the scene follows,

1)i have datagrid.it has  text columns , template columns different names.

2)the requirement , have apply sorting on column.for need column name.

3)i want column name ,when click on column.

   for ex : suppose have first name column in datagrid  and when i'll click on ,i want capture column name in code behind.

which event  of datagrid should use ?how can catch name of column in datagrid on click on column?

please  guide me asap.stuck urgent work.
