Dynamic Access Control Inheritance

i may missing setting/option is, there way either control inheritance or "applies to" dynamic access control when using central access policy?

i creating mock using access based enumeration in file share dynamic access controls.  desired outcome apply central access policy root folder, propegates down of subfolders automatically created.  problem unless root folder passes configured access rules, users don't have rights share itself.

i'd able have central access policy apply subfolders or files of share , not share itself.  things work fine if manually add policy each subfolder it's created.  isn't preferred method means though.  ideas/suggestions?

i discussed other colleagues case. seems currently we not have option apply cap subfolders and/or files wihtout parent folder. still beta version, let's see if there improve in release version.
