GPMC problem: Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: "Key being added:"


i have the following scenario:    

  • i use the hungarian windows 7 professional 64 bit os
  • i use group policy management console (gpmc) connect domain controller in domain environment.
  • i try generate report group policy object (gpo) in gpmc window.

in scenario, experience following issue:

  • i cannot generate report. additionally, i receive error message resembles following:  
    item has been added. key in dictionary: "key being added:"

i found kb article symptoms: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2254754

i downloaded following hotfix system:

i unzipped hotfix. when started msu package administrator user, package says following:

the update not applicable computer.
