Deploying SSIS Package

i have deployed package. have configuration file package. during deployment, have added config file using add file option.
how give values before executing setup file.

to deploy @ create deployment utility: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms137952.aspx, , deploy: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms141693.aspx.
after you've deployment packages , configurations can edit xml configuration file text editor (e.g. notepad or similar).
