hyper-v ip address


i bought dedicated server , block of ip address.

i have 3 public ip.  trying assign 1 host machine , 1 guest vm.

the host ip is:

69.63.40.x

and 2 free ip:

69.63.44.x

69.63.44.x

it seems other 2 free ip on different network.  how go assign ip guest machines?

are using hyper-v @ moment? if so, can create external virtual network bind 1 physical network adapter, connect 2 guest vms external virtual network, assign ip address them manually. way assign ip address guest vm same on physical computer.
