USB HUBS AND CD/DVD DIVERS DISABLED ON SERVER 2003

i re-installed windows sever 2003 on i5 quad core system , usb hubs disabled.  cannot access dvd/cd drive either.  when check device manager shows devices working ok, still cannot use of usb ports except 1 keyboard, , hangs intermitently.  have formated , installed windows 7 , server 2008 on same system , hardware work fine.

i need either configuring server 2003 recognize , enable usb hubs because oem testing client requires use of server 2003.  can please me?

by way, did mean “all usb hubs disabled” , “and hangs intermitently”? please provide more information it. way, can try update bios , drivers motherboard latest version see whether same issue.

 

in addition, please check event viewer see whether there errors. know whether use original windows server 2003 cd/dvd or customized one.
