how to allow system administrators to access website?

                need website can access person login system admin rights either local admin or domain admin, automatically can access website other user cann't access ??please me..

do mean restrict users access internet website?

to achieve it's better implement proxy server or firewall control connection internet, microsoft isa server.

a close method use gpo settings specify allow or block urls users( under user configuration/windows settings/ie maintenance policy/security zones , content ratings). of course setting covers ie, not including other browsers. here step-by-step guide on it:

if you don't want restrict domain admin or local admins, set "apply group policy" deny to these groupsin delegation tab of gpo. check "to prevent members of group applying gpo" section of article:
