Need help configuring firewall after latest Windows Update (on 3/27/12)

we have windows server 2008 r2, humming along nice , smoothly until latest windows updates.  apparently, has changed firewall settings because no longer able connect or ping server.  crazy part server hosts our sbs 2003 server via hyper-v , working fine no problems.  must change firewall settings inbound connections allow, not sure rule needs set handle blocking issue.

any ideas appreciated because not leaving firewall in relatively open state.

thank you,

tom
