Problem accessing local DFS shares from Remote App


hi 
have 2012 r2 rds farm fifty 2012 r2 session hosts. 2 rds gateways web , 2 2012 r2 connection brokers. in farm publish 1 application remote app.the rds farm , application resides in domain a, let’s named domain.local.
users members of customer’s domain, let’s call customer.se. 2012 r2 domain controllers 2008 r2 domain , forest functional level.
works fine except local disk mapping through client.

client connects windows7 workstation patches using rdp 8.1 protocol. have problem accessing local dfs folders. remote disk can seen through explorer , can see what’s in root folder cannot access through rds locally it’s no problem.

quite big customer have many dfs shares, , people many settings. , not have problem?
can see have problems have authenticated users ”list folder / read data” on root folder.
customer have problem changing security running in other problems want know limitations , reason is.

there restrictions here authenticated users accessing remote desktop?

what's specific error message when users failed access dfs shares?

please test whether works by inputting unc path within file explorer.

in addition, may configure mapped drive via group policy preference users:

using group policy preferences map drives based on group membership
