Setting up a shared webserver with shared name servers

dear all

i want setting shared web server on windows 2008 server r2, have installed windows 2008 server r2, want setup shared name servers college students, ns1.runmapglobal.co.in , ns2.runmapglobal.co.in, have tried not working, please give me idea step step, how can setup this.we have 50 students want provide 50 domains our 50 students , give hosting our students on server 50 accounts use 1 name server.
