accurate last login

ok if run report of diabled users, see 400 entires.

is there accurate way see last time user logged in?

could figure flawed, i.e. there business need ad admin login disabled users account once employee has left, affecting last login date (i.e. reporting date admin logged in whatever task, not last time employee logged in using his/her account?)
