can in-place upgrade 2003 r2 standard (x86) 2003 r2 enterprinse? current server windows server 2003 r2 standard sp2 4gb memory running on dell pe 2950 server (amd option dual core 2.00 ghz). run ts. .net application ascsoft running on server. ran slowly. controller @ conference software now. other people use software told need more memory. way can increase memory upgrade enterprise edition. right way this?

make sure have backup before starting , insert windows server 2003 r2 ee installation disk when logged in windows, either wait autorun or start setup. wizard should popup , show options.
